The enclosed inspection cabin features UV and daylight illumination, allowing operators to detect fabric defects with clarity. Multiple light sources enable detailed inspection of the fabric surface under various lighting conditions.
An automatic tension control system keeps the fabric consistently stretched during processing. When the fabric in the loading chamber runs out, the machine automatically stops, ensuring safe operation.
The integrated length measurement system provides ±0.2% accuracy and transmits the data via serial port to a computer or external device. This feature supports digital tracking of production metrics and improves reporting efficiency.
An optional scale and barcode system allows operators to print labels with details such as weight, length, company name, fabric type, and batch number. This significantly enhances stock tracking and product traceability.
