Woven fabric rewinding machine

The EM-12 model is a reliable woven fabric rewinding machine that also functions as a high-precision woven fabric inspection machine designed for modern textile production lines.

The system handles roll, plies, or livret input and rewinds woven fabrics with perfect edge alignment using an integrated photocell edge sensor. A fabric end sensor enables the machine to stop automatically at the end of each roll, improving safety and operator convenience.

The inspection area is equipped with top and bottom LED lighting to ensure maximum visibility of surface defects. The built-in length measurement unit provides ±0.2% accuracy, and both weight and length data can be tracked in real time.

Rewinding hardness is manually adjustable, and fabric tension can be fine-tuned via manual tension control. This provides flexibility for handling different fabric structures. The operator can also set a target length, and the system will automatically stop once it’s reached.

Optional features such as barcode printing, fabric weighing system, and a high-speed version can be added to adapt the machine to more demanding production needs.
