EM-CTR is an automatic cutter that cuts multi-layer fabric spreads under vacuum in a single pass. Cutting speed reaches 70 m/min, and it cuts vacuum-compressed spreads up to 9 cm thick with ±1 mm accuracy. In garment, upholstery and technical textile production it transfers patterns directly from your computer to the cutting table.
The spread laid on the table is held in place by a powerful vacuum pump with adjustable speed. A servo-driven rack-and-pinion XY system guides the blade along the pattern lines. An automatic sharpening module hones the blade at regular intervals and an air cooling system prevents overheating, so cutting quality stays consistent through long shifts.
The machine reads files directly from your pattern software: PLT, DXF, CUT and TAC formats are supported, so no separate conversion step is needed. The multilingual control software lets the operator select cutting programs from the screen.
Three cutting area options are available: 1650×1700, 1950×1700 and 2250×1700 mm. Motor power is 16–25 kW and total weight is approximately 2.5 tonnes. Overall dimensions range from 2800–3500 × 4225 × 2200 mm depending on the selected table width. A mechanical safety barrier protects the operator.
Available on request: extra-wide cutting table, double-sided blade, automatic fabric feeding system, remote control panel, post-cut stacking module, integrated barcode reader and different voltage options.
